Guarantee

Chimparoo guarantees the quality of its products and your satisfaction. Our products are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase. Chimparoo return, exchange or repairs any product presenting a manufacturing defect. If you are not satisfied with a product and it still in new condition. Rest assured that your satisfaction is our concerns. Like many retailers, we also guarantee the products we sell. If an item purchased from the Chimparoo online store does not meet your expectations, you can report it to us. But beyond the products, we also guarantee the buying advice given on our website and by our staff. If an item purchased from Chimparoo on the basis of this advice does not suit you, you can also report it to us. In both cases, simply return the item: it will be exchanged, refunded, repaired or credited (see return policies below).

Our baby carriers and slings are designed in our workshop in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. Human error can happen, that's why we ask you to check your baby carrier as soon as you receive it. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice any defect to proceed with an exchange free of charge.

All sales of grade B products, promotions, accessories, gift cards or discontinued items are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.

REPAIR SERVICE

Returned We also offer a repair service. You can contact us if you notice a tear, breakage of a component, fabric, swing or wear that could compromise the safety of your baby carrier. If the repair is not guaranteed, the reparation and transport costs will be applied. Send us the photo of your breakage by email at info@chimparoo.ca for an estimate of the repair and the terms. Please allow two weeks for reparation. For spare parts that you can replace without sewing; you can order them by email as well. Always send the photo of the broken buckle. The price of the buckle is 8 CAD taxes and delivery included:

  • Belt Buckle (2 inch)
  • Buckle attaches suspenders (1 inch)
  • Sternum loop (3/4 inch)

Shipping

We will proceed in the shipping in 24 hours or next day of the purchase. If you want to cancel or make a change to your order, you should contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours of the purchase.

Any change or cancellation after delivery will have costs charged to you.

The delivery costs are calculated depending the service you choose.

Delivery times are 2 to 5 working days. We ship by Purolator and Canada Post.

Chimparoo Is not responsible for loss of packages or damage caused by carriers. However, we will contact the carriers for follow-up and reimbursement.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY

All products offered on our online store are exchangeable and refundable under the following conditions:

  • Return and exchange up to 30 days after the Purchase.
  • The product must not be worn or washed. You must return the item in its original package (box or bag) and with the documents included. They must be in perfect condition for resale.
  • The return shipping costs are 15 CAD and are the responsibility of the customer or you can bring it back yourself to our warehouse in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu by appointment if you live in the region. In case of an exchange, the customer will also be charged of 15 CAD for the shipping of the new exchanged item.
  • Include the invoice or proof of purchase. No returns or refunds without the original invoice.
  • The amount of 20% (minimum 15$) is deducted from the amount reimbursed for administrative and transport costs. Chimparoo reserves the right to refuse a refund.

Accessories, grade B, liquidated and promotional items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Gift cards are not refundable.

RETURNS BY MAIL

No return is accepted until approved by our team. Email us at info@chimparoo.ca first so that we can guide you through the procedures. Or complete the Chimparoo Return, Exchange and Repair Form on the computer and send us a copy. Our team will contact you within 24 hours.
